Ken has been in the building and construction business since 1983. His reputation for integrity, quality workmanship, and thoroughness has won him many fans in Orange County. He has a rare capacity for listening closely to his clients' viewpoint and ideas and bringing their vision to life.

From both branches of his family tree, Ken hails from long lines of builders, engineers, artists, and architects, including great-grandfather Weymouth Crowell, who built several downtown Los Angeles landmarks, including the Angelus Hotel, Los Angeles' first seven-story building, the Long Beach Public Library and the iconic Central Library building. ("The amount of the general contract with the Weymouth Crowell Company was $1,266,903.91" ....which penciled out to 26.4 cents per square foot, according to the Los Angeles Public Library's 1925-26 Annual Report.)

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara in economics, Ken is a voracious reader. He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, French and Italian wines, and spending time with his wife Barbara.

Ken's California State General Contractors License Board number is 445746.

Ken will retire at the end of 2025.
