Old  World  Tuscan

This stately home designed by architect Bob White makes the most of what was once a steep, overgrown lot now graced by lavender gardens, fountains, an all-glass tile swimming pool, sculptures, and stone pathways. Each room captures ocean views and breezes. Details and finishes were painstakingly rendered by highly skilled craftspeople. Interior designer Michael S. Smith, Inc. and landscape designer Scott Zucker of Zucker Design Associates, Inc. worked with Ken to create a handsome, livable house featured in Elle Decor's November 2008 issue. Smith went on from this project to style the Obama White House.
